Job Description :
BloomchemAG Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Executive to manage procurement coordination, inventory planning, logistics operations, vendor management, and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge and experience in handling end-to-end supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage procurement coordination and supplier follow-ups to ensure timely material availability
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and sales teams for seamless operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock planning to avoid shortages or overstocking
  • Handle shipment planning, transportation coordination, and dispatch activities
  • Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and shipment documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and service providers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations
  • Resolve operational issues related to delays, dispatches, and inventory discrepancies
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics processes
  • Excellent coordination and vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP tools will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
